Hello Friends and Family of Life Change!
I just have to say that I am really looking forward to seeing you all on Sunday! You have no idea what a blessing and encouragement you are to me, and not just on Sunday mornings! What an awesome thing it is to both hear and see that so many of you are BEING THE CHURCH during the week. Whether it is helping someone who needs their clothes washed, preparing meals for those who are homebound, caring for those who have lost a loved one, or sharing the Hope that is Christ with others, you are making a difference! Keep it up! I am proud of you!
This Sunday we will be continuing in our "Mission Possible" series with the Priority of Prayer. Let me just say that I realize that a sermon on prayer may not be something that makes you go "Wow! I can't wait to be there on Sunday!!" It's a hard subject... something we all struggle with doing on a consistent basis... something that we might even find boring... something we feel is a one-way street. None-the-less, it is vital to living a healthy, spirit-filled, Christ-centered, life as a Christian. Let me ask you this... "When life hits you the hardest, when you're at the bottom of the barrel, when you are desperate, when you feel you have nowhere else to turn, what do most of us do? We pray, or we ask others to pray for us. So why don't we pray all the time? Why should we pray? How should we pray? Billy Graham said the following regarding prayer: "True prayer is a way of life, not just for use in cases of emergency. Make it a habit, and when the need arises you will be in practice." I encourage you to join us at Life Change this Sunday as we look at The Priority of Prayer.

You’re invited to join us Tuesday, July 3rd @ Life Change Tullahoma, 414 Wilson Avenue for our 1st annual Community Cookout & Fireworks! We’ll supply Hamburgers, Hotdogs, and all the trimmings! We need everyone who attends to bring a side dish or dessert that feeds four or more! Bring your lawn chairs, corn hole games, frisbees, and anything else to add to the party! THIS EVENT IS KID FRIENDLY and will feature a BOUNCE HOUSE, AN INFLATABLE OBSTACLE COURSE, SNOW CONES, POPCORN, FACE PAINTING, PRIZES AND MORE!! Sunday, July 8 @ 6:00 - LCCT Kids Ministry presents - The Crazy Tie Guy & Family!
The Crazy Tie Guy and Family will be at Life Change Church Tullahoma on Sunday evening, July 8th at 6:00! Enjoy Extreme Juggling, Unicycle Riding, Incredible Illusions! Nathan Dorrell is a world-champion juggler, fire eater, comedian and more...who uses his skills to wow audiences of all ages. He and his family perform for churches, corporations, schools and anywhere that needs something amazing. In 2017 he juggled on a super bowl commercial for Advil! He holds several world records in juggling and performs various other a amazing circus skills as well. Audiences love him and his performances! He travels the world performing his world-class acts! Parents and children alike are welcome to join us for this FREE event!
Thursday, July 12 - LCCT Students Trip to Kentucky Kingdom & Hurricane Bay!
We will load and leave from Life Change Church at 5:00 a.m. central and arrive back at the church at approx. 11:00 p.m. central time. Be sure to bring money for 2 meals on the road, one meal in the park, and any spending money you wish to bring. Also, if you plan to visit Hurricane Bay (the water park) you will need your swimsuit and a towel! There are lockers and places to change in the water park. If you went with us in June you do not need to purchase a ticket. Otherwise the tickets are $45.00. Be sure to sign up at the church by Sunday, July 9 if you plan to join us on the trip. IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO, MAKE SURE TO PRINT OFF THE CONSENT FORM ON OUR STUDENT PAGE AT WWW.LIFECHANGETULLAHOMA.ORG. BE SURE TO FILL IT OUT, HAVE THE APPROPRIATE PERSON SIGN IT, AND BRING IT TO CHURCH BY SUNDAY, JULY 8! You can pay at the church or use the PayPal link on our Student page on our website.
Saturday, July 21 - LCCT Community Serve!
A day set aside for the body of Christ that is LCCT to use our gifts, talents, and abilities to serve one another and our greater community in the name of Jesus Christ.
Life Change Tullahoma's Community Service Day is all about serving our community in various ways. If you, or your organization could use a helping hand for the day please call or text us at 931-321-0900, or send us an email at lifechangetullahoma@gmail.com. Here are a few examples of ways in which we might be able to serve: painting; roadside, park, school, stream, trash cleanup; yard work, nursing home visits, small in-home or outside repairs; food distribution; house cleaning; beautification projects, working with other community organizations for the day; etc. Please contact us and let us know how we can serve you or a need you are aware of. We also need volunteers, and you don't have to attend Life Change Tullahoma to partner with us in this effort!
