I pray you are doing well today. If you’re not, I pray things get better for you! Really, I do!
You know I am a straight shooter so here goes… I will not be at Life Change on Sunday, May 27th. My son graduates HS on the 25th and at 6:00 a.m. on the 26th we head out to my brother’s son’s wedding where Adam is the Best Man! The wedding is at 6:00 p.m. on the 26th so pray for us as we travel. From there we are going to take a 4-day vacation to Myrtle Beach to celebrate my son and daughter’s graduations! We’ll return on Friday, June 1st so I can be with you as we kick-off our new series MISSION POSSIBLE on Sunday, June 3rd.
Two BIG things I want to ask of you…
1. Please do your best to be here on Sunday, May 27th! Why? First and foremost, we are still having church and God has something for you! Secondly, I am excited to tell you that we will have a very special guest speaker this Sunday!! Pastor Scott Reeder from New Vision in Murfreesboro will be bringing the message in my absence! Scott is not only a great speaker, he is a licensed counselor who specializes in anger management, couples counseling, and general counseling. I know whatever he has to share will be good. Finally, and again, just being real… It would be great to have a full house on a Sunday that a pastor from our sending church is with us! This will be the first time anyone from New Vision has been at LCCT! So please come if at all possible! I’ll be joining you via FB Live!
2. Our new series “MISSION POSSIBLE – Discovering the Truth of what it means to BE THE CHURCH” kicks off on Sunday, June 3rd. Let me say bluntly, I need for you to hear this sermon! Or to put it another way, if you attend LCCT you will want to hear this sermon! So please mark it on your calendars, write it on your hand, paint it on your forehead, whatever it takes! Bottom line… Don’t miss it!

Saturday, June 9th @ 8:30 – LCCT Men & Boys Breakfast at Damron’s Restaurant! All dudes are welcome to join us for our monthly Men’s Breakfast! Come and enjoy some good food, connecting with others, and a short devotional just for you! Each person orders and pays for their own meal.

Monday, June 11th- LCCT Students Trip to Kentucky Kingdom & Hurricane Bay! Life Change Church Tullahoma invites all students in MS, HS, and College to join us for a fun filled day at Kentucky Kingdom and Hurricane Bay in Louisville Kentucky! We will meet at Life Change Church at 6:00 a.m. central and arrive back at the church at approx. 10:30 p.m. central time. The cost of the trip is $45.00 plus money for 3 meals, and any spending money you want to bring. Payment is due no later than Sunday, June 3rd. You can pay at the church or use the PayPal link below. Tuesday, July 3rd @ 6:00 - LCCT Family Cookout & Fireworks! Join us at Life Change Church Tullahoma on Tuesday, July 3rd for Hamburgers, Hotdogs, and all the trimmings! We need everyone who attends to bring a side dish or dessert that feeds four or more! Bring your lawn chairs, corn hole games, frisbees, and anything else to add to the party! We will conclude our evening by watching the Tullahoma Fireworks show!

Wednesday, July 11th– Friday, July 13th- LCCT Student Ministry White Water Rafting Retreat Ocoee River! Joins us as Life Change Church Tullahoma's Student Ministry embarks on an Adventure Retreat! The retreat is for Middle School, High School, and College age students. Retreat Price - $130.00 per person. A deposit of $65.00 is due on Sunday June 17th, with the remaining $65.00 due by Sunday, July 8th. $130 per person includes 5 meals, 2 nights lodging, & travel. Students will need money for 2 meals on the road and any spending money they would like to bring. Saturday, July 21st from 8:00 to 2:00 - LCCT Community Serve! A day set aside for the body of Christ that is LCCT to use our gifts, talents, and abilities to serve one another and our greater community in the name of Jesus Christ.
Life Change Tullahoma's Community Service Day is all about serving our community in various ways. If you, or your organization could use a helping hand for the day please call or text us at 931-321-0900 or send us an email at lifechangetullahoma@gmail.com. Here are a few examples of ways in which we might be able to serve: painting; roadside, park, school, stream, trash cleanup; yard work, nursing home visits, small in-home or outside repairs; food distribution; house cleaning; beautification projects, working with other community organizations for the day; etc. Please contact us and let us know how we can serve you or a need you are aware of. We also need volunteers, and you don't have to attend Life Change Tullahoma to partner with us in this effort!
