Community Cookout and Fireworks Important Update 7.1.19

Below is the most current list of things we have and things we need, and the folks who have indicated they will serve and where you are scheduled to serve. Again, let me remind you that parking will be crazy. Arrive early if possible. All food for the cookout needs to be in place by 5:30. We do not have a lot of refrigerator space so if it needs kept cool, bring it in a cooler. If you are helping serve in any way (other than the 1:00 setup team) we need you at LCCT by 5:00! Tear down will begin around 8:00 pm.
If you do not see your name below, and you would like to be added, choose a place to serve and text or email me back with your name and where you will be serving. Please don't put "anywhere" as we need you to chose an area to serve at. You may choose more than one.
I have lost track of those who indicated they would serve or be bringing something via our text-in-church messaging service, so please remind me once again by texting or email me (please include your name) and what you are able to do.
